Cardiff Parkour
This website is dedicated to 'Parkour' and 'Free-Running' Parkour is seen as a way of life and
i dicipline, it involves moveing from point A to point B in the most efficiant and fluid way possible. Free Running also involves
getting from point A to point B efficiantly and fuently, but in Free Running you can throw sum flips in and some eye candy,
however, the eye candy can effect the effeicancy and fluidity. But as we're neither particularily fluid and efficiant, nor
do we do any flips, we are crap at both :D
